Physical Description: An earthy brunette beauty, Leto is often smiling, and most often finds that she strives to be a soothing presence to those around her. You could find all sorts of things in her closet, to floral dresses she made herself, to that old pair of jeans her mom wore at Woodstock. Leto is a personal comfortable in her own skin, and happy to where whatever she likes. She does occasionally have to cover her blue eyes with reading glasses, not one to mess with contacts when her vision isn't all that bad.

Personality: She is generally a happy, optimistic person. At the heart of it all, Leto has a pure soul. She doesn't talk behind people's backs, she tries to refrain from gossip, and tries to be respectful towards everyone. She's definitely got mothering tendandcies as well - be it with friends or family, Leto just wants to take care of those around her. Sometimes she'll set herself up in such a way where she's running in a million and one directions to get everything done, but she does it. If nothing else, Leto is someone you can count on to do what she says.

Career/Job: Nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

History: Leto has always been very close to her family, and growing up with her older brother, they had a great childhood. They had caring parents, who were very encouraging to their children to be anything they wanted to be. Leto decided very young that she'd like to be a teacher. Languages and books fascinated her, which made for a somewhat nerdy child. She probably would have been a good teacher, if things had worked out that way. Fate seemed to have different plans in store.

One day, while Leto was sixteen and hanging out at a friend's house, her friend's 2-year-old sister wandered off and fell into the pool. The girls scrambled to get her out, and then realized that they were home alone, and had no idea how to administer CPR. So, while her friend called 911 for help and instructions, she called out orders while Leto administered CRP. It was shakey, and terrifying, but then the little girl coughed. That single action felt so heavy and freeing at the same time, as she realized this was what she wanted to do. What she needed to do.

Out of college she went to nursing school, and eventually worked for a year and a half in trauma-ER before finally getting her dream job at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Around that time, another curveball came Leto's way. She was pregnant.

Perhaps surpisingly, Leto was overjoyed with the news -doubled by the fact that they would be twins. Micah, her boyfriend of two years had a pretty different opinion. He tried to stay around through the pregnancy, but ultimately buggered off.

Her pregnancy went as smooth as could be, issues with the ex aside. It was just her luck to go into labor during a massive blizzard on Christmas eve - the ride to the hospital was extremely dangerous. Halfway there the car spun out of control, leading to a major accident. Leto herself was injured, but worse than that - she could no longer feel the babies moving. Am ambulance managed to get her to the ER just in time to give birth on Christmas morning; to her son, Levon, and a stillborn daughter she named Mona Lisa.

While she grieved for the daughter she could have had, her son quickly became her entire life. She had not realized she could be so happy, and she dedicated her life to him, and to giving him the best of everything. Well after the baby was born, Micah once again attempted to be part of their lives - though something in him was very off. His own son seemed to terrify him, and if he held him for too long, he would act like he was being smothered. Eventually he gave up, told Leto he couldn't deal with family shit, and announced that something was wrong with that child. Leto did not take kindly to that, and she has since forbidden him to speak to her or any member her her family.

Special Skills/Abilities: Registered Nurse. Leto is at least somewhat prepared for bad things to happen. Leto is also a polyglot, speaking several languages - including Greek and Cherokee. She loves languages, and will read about them all day.

Personal Weaknesses: Her son. The sun rises and sets in him, and there is, actually, something Leto has to admit about him, though it pains her greatly. Something is off with Levon. He talks to people who aren't there - and sure, imaginary friends in a toddler are mostly harmless, but when doing this he sometimes comes up with the most random, occasionally alarming information. Leto is of the right mind to accept that maybe children are more susseptable to 'otherwordly' things that adults are not, but she does not expect other people to feel the same. She's insanely protective of her son, and he will always be her first priority.

While not a full-blown phobia, Leto is a little leery of a full moon. She was born on one, and this should have been a good thing, but after working in trauma for nearly two years she realized it's not. People are stupid during the fool moon. She's not a supsersticious person, but that she believes.

Due to the car accident she was in, Leto now frequently has chronic neck, back, and shoulders pain. She has medicine to make this more tolerable on bad days.

Personal Strengths: Can be calm and soothing when the worst is going down.

Family: Her mother died in a car accident several years ago, but her father and brother are alive and well - and traveling with her.
